at the show room i instantly hit it off with rob and he made me feel very relaxed. i was given space to browse and make my own decisions. lots of other places had been very pushy! i felt that no one was really listening to what i wanted, and this was where anglia kitchens and bedrooms really shone. it was refreshing to be somewhere where they took the time to listen to me and made me feel important. when they designed my kitchen, they worked with me and my ideas and i felt a part of the whole process. my ideas were all accommodated within the final design. this level of service continued into the fitting process. they arrived on site promptly and were swift and clean in everything they did. they were very respectful about working in my home. paul who managed the installation was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. the whole experience completely exceeded my expectations. i am delighted with my new kitchen! i first came across anglia kitchens and bedrooms in a magazine. we had already visited several other show rooms and found them very pushy! when we visited anglia kitchens and bedrooms they were very relaxed and allowed us space to browse. although we had ideas it was great to work with rob to refine certain elements and get something perfect for us. as we were building the house our time scales did change slightly and the team at anglia kitchens and bedrooms were very accommodating about this. the fitters were wonderful, they were clean and tidy, and nothing felt like too much trouble. anglia kitchens and bedrooms had put a kitchen in for us at our previous home , twelve years ago so we knew what a great service they offered. rob came out to us and did a plan of the room, he then booked some time with us to run through his ideas for the space. as usual the service was outstanding and he kept in touch with us throughout the process. when the team came out it all happened very quickly with no hassle or stress for us. the end result is beyond our expectations and we are really happy with the quality and finish. the kitchen feels truly bespoke and everyone who sees it comments on how lovely it is! we really shopped around and didn’t find anything that really impressed us. we had various appointments lined up but were unable to find the quality we were looking for anywhere. when we went into anglia kitchens and bedrooms we were instantly impressed with what we saw and the attention to detail. rob was very patient with us, we actually had three designs drawn up as i kept changing my mind about the space. i felt so confident in anglia kitchen’s capability that i actually went with the option that involved major building works, changing external doors and removing walls! the team organised all of this and nothing was too much trouble. they have made a superb job of the kitchen which is why we had them back to do the bedroom built in wardrobes and cabinetry. they have really helped us personalise our home and utilise our space. i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services to anyone! we initially went to another high street supplier and soon realised that having anything tailored to our requirements was going to be difficult. they were also very pushy but this did give us a good starting point. we did do our research though and eventually found anglia kitchens and bedrooms after seeing an advert in norfolk magazine. once my husband saw the workshop at the premises and met the skilled tradesmen who took great pride in what they were doing we were convinced they would be able to produce the high quality finish we were looking for. another real selling point for us was the neff demonstrations where you could learn all about the various appliances and make the best decisions for your needs. the team at anglia kitchens and bedrooms were great when it came to helping me select finishes, they provided great colour samples and were very patient with me. following our time in the workshop we had high expectations for the fitting and we were not disappointed!
